The first time you watch a film in IMAX 70mm, you are immediately mesmerized. You’re immersed into each moment as it appears on that gigantic screen. You lose any sense of things going on around you, as you’re surrounded by noise, stunning visuals, and iconic film.

The way films were meant to be seen…

I’m Ben, and this is A Shot in the Dark. My passion for collecting film began the same way: Nolan films. 

My favorite film, Interstellar, inspires me in countless ways. Stunning visuals, beautiful storytelling and memorable moments which come through even better on IMAX 70mm film. I love to visit the theater and, if I could, I would probably live there. 

I hope to bring a strong interest for IMAX 70mm film to everyone, one film cell at a time.
